【摘要】 目的:对1例糖尿病患者肾移植术后注射鱼精蛋白致过敏的病例进行用药分析。方法:分析导致患者发生过敏反应的原因,探讨预防及救治措施。结果:过敏是注射鱼精蛋白的常见不良反应,糖尿病史和用药史及肾移植是本例过敏事件的高危因素。结论:加强合并糖尿病肾移植患者的用药监护十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze one case of anaphylaxis induced by protamine injection in a diabetic patient after kidney transplantation. Methods: The reasons of anaphylaxis were analyzed,and the methods of prevention and treatment were explored. Results:Anaphylax was one of common adverse reactions of protamine injection,and diabetes history,medication history and kidney transplantation were the high risk factors for the anaphylaxis. Conclusion: It is very necessary to enhance pharmaceutical care for diabetic patients after kidney transplantation.更多还原
