薯蓣皂苷类化学成分提取方法研究进展

【摘要】 薯蓣皂苷类化学成分是地奥心血康、心脑疏通胶囊等临床常用中成药的主要有效成分,用于治疗心脑血管疾病疗效显著,也是医药工业合成甾体激素药的重要原料。其提取方法的研究对进一步探明这类化合物药理学活性具有重要意义,同时也是甾体激素药物市场需求不断扩大的外在要求。本文对近年研究较为成熟的提取方法进行了综述,总结了不同工艺的优缺点,以期为这类化合物进一步开发利用提供指导。

【Abstract】 Dioscin chemical compositions are the main effective components in clinical commonly used Chinese medicines such as Diaoxinxuekang capsules and Xinnaoshutong capsules etc,which show distinct curative effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Meanwhile,they are the important raw materials for the synthesis of steroid hormone drugs. The studies on the extraction technology exhibit important significance in the exploration of pharmacological activities of the components,which also are the external requirements for the growing demand of steroid hormone drugs market. In this paper,the relatively mature extraction methods researched in recent years were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the different processes were discussed in order to provide reference for the further studies and application.
