【摘要】 目的:评价临床药师在缺血性脑卒中患者延续服务中所起的作用。方法:146例缺血性脑卒中患者配对分组。观察组执行延续服务方案,对照组出院后1个月实施电话随访。比较两组患者出院后3,6,12个月的服药依从性(Morisky量表)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、健康行为(HPLPⅡ量表)和脑卒中复发率等指标的差异。结果:观察组在出院后3,6,12个月的服药依从性、SBP、DBP、Hb A1c、TC、LDL-C、健康行为等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组在出院后3,6,12个月上述指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。出院后3个月两组患者各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而出院后6,12个月两组各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师在缺血性脑卒中患者延续服务中可提高患者药物治疗的依从性和健康行为,更好的控制血压、血糖和血脂水平,降低复发率,值得在临床实践工作中推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists in the continued therapy of stroke patients. Methods: Totally146 cases were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the standard matching method. The observation group was treated with the continued therapy. The control group was given one-month telephone follow-up after the discharge. The differences in the drug compliance( Morisky scale),systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP),glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb A1C),serum total cholesterol( TC),low density lipoprotein( LDL-C),health behaviors( HPLP Ⅱscale) and relapse rate were compared between the two groups in the 3rd,6thand 12 thmonth after the discharge. Results: The differences in the above indices were statistically significant between the two groups( P < 0. 05) at the various time points,and those were more significant with time extending( P < 0. 01). The difference of the relapse rate in the 3rd,6thand 12 thmonth after the discharge between the two groups were significant. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can improve the drug compliance and health behaviors of stroke patients and reduce the relapse rate. It is worthy to be recommended in clinics.更多还原
