阿奇霉素与头孢呋辛治疗儿童呼吸道感染疗效比较
Efficacy Comparison of Azithromycin and Cefuroxime in the Treatment of Children with Respiratory Tract Infection
【摘要】 目的:比较阿奇霉素与头孢呋辛治疗儿童呼吸道感染的疗效及对患儿血清前白蛋白(PA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法:120例呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组各60例。观察组采用阿奇霉素(10 mg·kg-1·d-1ivd)治疗,对照组采用头孢呋辛钠(30 mg·kg-1,ivd,q8h)治疗,疗程均为5d。比较两组患儿治疗前后CRP、PA、PCT水平变化,以及临床症状消失时间和疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患儿的CRP和PCT均明显降低,PA明显升高(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿咳嗽消失、退热、肺啰音消失和气急消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疗效和药品不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗儿童呼吸道感染的疗效与头孢呋辛钠相当,但症状消失较快。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of azithromycin and cefuroxime in the treatment of children with respiratory infection and the influence on prealbumin( PA),C- response protein( CRP) and procalcitonin( PCT) in serum. Methods: Totally 120 cases of children with respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups with 60 ones in each. The observation group was treated with azithromycin( l0 mg·kg-1·d-1,ivd),and the control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium( 30 mg·kg-1,vid,q8h).The treatment course was 5 days. The changes of CRP,PA,PCT,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment,CRP and PCT were significantly decreased while PA was notably increased in the two groups( P < 0. 05),and the differences between the two groups had not statistically significant difference( P > 0. 05). The disappearance time of cough,fever,pulmonary rale and breathlessness in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The efficacy and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups had not significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection is similar to that of cefuroxime sodium,and the symptoms disappear more quickly.
