【摘要】 目的:探讨参蛤散联合常规西药治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年9月-2015年2月收治的90例心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机均分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上采取参蛤散治疗。观察两组患者心功能疗效、中医证候积分情况。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的62.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参蛤散联合常规西药治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭,临床疗效佳,中医证候积分改善较好,应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate efficacy of Shen’ge San plus conventional western medicine on congestive heart failure of the Xinshen Yangxu type. Methods: 90 cases as the objects of study were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment; the experimental group was given Shen’ge San more. The heart function and TCM syndrome score were observed. Results: The total efficiency in the experimental group was 86.67%, and higher than 62.22% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shen’ge San plus conventional western medicine on congestive heart failure of the Xinshen Yangxu type shows a good effect and higher application value, can improve TCM symptom score.更多还原
