【摘要】 目的:探讨中药在临床中合理应用的安全性及具体的应对措施。方法:将我院2014年01月—2016年01月收治的中药治疗患者100例作为研究对象。其中出现用药不良反应的患者45例。对所有患者的临床用药情况实施分析,针对用药安全性实施评价。结果:针对导致出现不良反应的原因进行分析发现,未有效实施辨证论治的患者14例,所占比例为31.1%;药物用量错误及药物用法错误的患者12例,所占比例为26.7%;中药炮制方式不对的患者9例,所占比例为20.0%;中西药联合应用方式不恰当的患者6例,所占比例为13.3%;其他原因患者4例,所占比例为8.9%;在不同性别及同一因素出现不良反应的概率方面,表现出显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在临床上,选择中药对患者进行治疗的过程中,针对中药的辨证、炮制、煎煮及配伍等系列利用度需要进行有效加强,针对患者的用药安全进行有效确保。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the safety of Chinese traditional medicine in the clinical rational application and countermeasures. Methods: 100 patients, who received Chinese traditional medicine in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, were selected as research objects. 45 cases had adverse drug reaction. The clinical medication in all patients was analyzed to evaluate the safety of drug application. Results: Analysis of the causes of adverse reactions revealed that there were 14 cases of the patients who did not receive effective syndrome differentiation treatment, accounting for 31.11%; there were 12 cases of the patients who had mistakes in drug dosage and drug usage, accounting for 26.67%; there were 9 cases of the patients who had wrong processing mode of traditional Chinese Medicine, accounting for 20.00%; there were 6 cases of the patients who had inappropriate combination of Chinese and Western medicine, accounting for 13.33%; there were 4 cases of the patients who had adverse reaction due to other reasons, accounting for 8.89%; The difference of probability of adverse reactions occurred in different gender and for the same factor was of significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: The processing, decocting and the compatibility of Chinese traditional medicine based on TCM syndrome differentiation should be effectively emphasized to ensure the safety of medication for patients during the clinical treatment of patients with traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
