【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿X线检查护理配合的临床诊断意义。方法:选取我院2011年6月-2014年12月住院的200例患者,对患儿进行X线平片检查,随机分为对照组和研究组两组各100例。其中研究组100例接受系统的护理指导。结果:研究组阳性片3张,包括移动伪影胸片1张、部位偏差1张、四肢骨骼片1张。对照组阳性片11张,包括移动伪影胸片6张、部位偏差胸片2张、四肢骨骼片2张、副鼻窦片1张。结论:对X线检查的小儿进行护理指导,以提高X线摄片成功率。提高X线图像质量,使病变能得到早期、正确的诊断,及时有效的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate clinical diagnostic value of the X-ray in children nursing care. Methods: 200 patients were randomly divided into the control group and study group, 100 cases in each group. The study group took systematic nursing guidance. Results: The study group of 3 positive films, including 1 mobile artifact chest X-ray, the location deviation of 1, limb bone piece 1. The control group of 11 positive films, including the mobile artifact chest film 6, the location of the deviation of the chest X-ray 2, limb bone tablets 2, 1 pieces of sinus. Conclusion: Nursing guidance for children with X-ray was effective on improving the success rate of X line.更多还原
