【摘要】 目的:观察通督汤治疗退行性腰椎椎管狭窄的临床疗效。方法:将140例门诊病人随机分为两组,治疗组予通督汤加减治疗,对照组予双氯酚酸钠,25mg/次,3次/d,口服;甲钴胺0.5mg/次,3次/d,口服;仙灵骨葆胶囊,2颗/次,3次/d。以1个月为一个疗程,治疗1个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组优良率为88.24%,对照组为55.56%,两组JOA评分比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:通督汤治疗退行性腰椎狭窄疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Tongdu decoction on degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: 140 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given the Tongdu decoction; the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium(25mg a time, 3 times a day, orally), mecobalamin(0.5mg a time, 3 times a day, orally), the Xianling Gubao capsule(2 capsules a time, 3 times a day). 1 months as a course, and the efficacy was evaluated after a course. Results: The excellent rate was 88.24% in the treatment group, and 55.56% in the control group. Compared the JOA scores between two groups, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The efficacy of the Tongdu decoction on degenerative lumbar stenosis is exact.更多还原
