【摘要】 目的:研究亚低温治疗对院外心肺复苏术后患者预后的影响。方法:选择2010年1月—2015年12月在河南中医学院第一附属医院重症医学科住院的82例院外行心肺复苏术后的患者,随机分入亚低温组和对照组,其中亚低温治疗组45例,对照组患者37例。观察不同方法对患者神经功能和预后效果,在6个月后随访的神经功能缺损评分(NFI)和Barthel指数(MBI)。结果:两组在6个月后随访的神经功能缺损评分(NFI)分别为(22.3±3.5)分和(23.1±2.8)分(P>0.05),Barthel指数(MBI)分别为(62.4±4.1)分和(60.5±3.8)分,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:亚低温治疗对院外心肺复苏术后患者神经功能预后未见影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of mild hypothermia on the prognosis of patients after out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: 82 patients in intensive care unit after out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation, admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of TCM from January 2010 to December 2015, were randomly divided into the mild hypothermia group, with 45 cases, and the control group, with 37 cases. The effect of mild hypothermia on the nerve function and prognosis of patients was observed. The neurologic functional insufficiency(NFI) and modified Barthel index(MBI) were used to evaluate the nerve function of patients in the follow-up after 6 months. Results: In the follow-up after 6 months, the neurologic functional insufficiency(NFI) of two groups was(22.3±3.5) and(23.1±2.8) respectively,(P>0.05); the modified Barthel index(MBI) of two groups was(62.4±4.1) and(60.5±3.8) respectively,(P>0.05); The difference was of no statistical significance. Conclusion: Mild hypothermia had no significant effect on the nerve function prognosis of patients after out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation.更多还原
