【摘要】 目的:观察白脉软膏治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法:将我科收治40例紧张型头痛患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组,各20例,常规予针刺、按摩、止痛对症治疗,治疗组除常规予针刺、按摩、止痛对症治疗外,使用白脉软膏对颅周肌筋膜压痛点按摩治疗。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分及血流速改变。结果:各组VAS评分于治疗前无统计学差异,治疗后,治疗组VAS评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05;各组大脑中动脉收缩期血流速度的测定在治疗前无统计学差异,治疗第3周后,治疗组大脑中动脉收缩期血流速度较对照组显著降低,P<0.05,说明治疗组在缓解紧张型头痛患者大脑中动脉收缩期血流速度上优于对照组。结论:白脉软膏治疗紧张型头痛效果良好,且无副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Bai Mai ointment in the treatment of tension headache. Method: 40 patients with tension headache were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture, massage and pain relieve, the other 20 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture, and massage and pain relieve, and additionally treated with Baimai ointment on the pain points of the peripheral muscle. VAS score and blood flow velocity were compared before and after treatment in two groups. Results: There were no significant difference in VAS score before treatment in the control group and treatment group. However, the VAS score in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group after treatment, P<0.05; There were no significant difference in the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery in both group before treatment, but the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group in the 3rd week of the treatment(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group was superior to that of control group in blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery improvement. Conclusion: Bai Mai ointment had good effective in the treatment of tension headache and there was no side effect.更多还原
