【摘要】 目的:探讨心房颤动(房颤)患者应用稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院收治的急性房颤患者84例为临床研究对象,将其随机分成治疗组42例,对照组42例。对照组常规给予胺碘酮,治疗组应用稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗,比较两组心房颤动改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤临床疗效满意,具有良好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of application of Wenxin Granule combined with amiodarone in treating patients with atrial fibrillation(AF). Methods: 84 patients with acute atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(42 cases) and the control group(42 cases), the control group was treated with amiodarone while the treatment group received Wenxin Granule combined with amiodarone, the atrial fibrillation improvement and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results: 6 months after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Wenxin Granule combined with amiodarone was satisfactory in treating patients with atrial fibrillation and it was with good safety.更多还原
