【摘要】 目的:探讨中医护理干预对恶性肿瘤化疗消化道反应的改善作用。方法:收集2013年6月-2014年12月于我院进行化疗治疗的恶性肿瘤患者120例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为中医护理组和常规护理组,每组60例。常规护理组采用常规护理措施,中医护理组在常规护理基础上采用中医护理措施,比较两组患者的消化道症状(食欲、进食、恶心呕吐、便秘)的情况。结果:中医护理组食欲、进食、恶心呕吐、便秘分布在0度、I度的比例明显高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预可有效的改善恶性肿瘤患者的消化道反应状况,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Clinical effects of TCM nursing interventions on digestive tract reaction after malignant tumor chemotherapy were investigated. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into the TCM group and the conventional group, 60 cases in each. The conventional group was given the conventional nursing; and the TCM group received the TCM nursing more. Digestive tract reactions in groups were compared. Results: Appetite, eating, nausea, vomiting, constipation at 0 degree and I degree in the TCM group were obviously higher; there were significantly statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The TCM nursing could significantly improve digestive tract reaction of malignant tumor patients, and was worthy of promotion.更多还原
