【摘要】 目的:研究中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效,通过对其临床疗效进行分析总结临床价值。方法:抽取我院2014年9月—2015年9月救治的慢性支气管炎患者144例,进行随机分组,观察组与对照组各72例,对观察组患侧进行中医辨证治疗,对照组采用西医治疗。两组均治疗15 d,观察患者是否有不良反应,并将其病情变化及时记录。结果:经过治疗后,观察组不良反应患者3例(4.2%),症状相对轻微,治疗总有效率为93.1%(67/72);对照组不良反应患者11例(15.3%),症状明显,治疗总有效率为77.8%(56/72)。P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对慢性支气管炎进行治疗,采用中医辨证治疗方法较西医治疗效果显著,且患者未出现明显的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating chronic bronchitis and to summarize its clinical value through the analysis of its clinical curative effect. Method: 144 patients with chronic bronchitis, treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=72), the observation group received TCM syndrome differentiation treatment while the control group was treated with western medicine. The two groups were treated for 15 days and the adverse reactions and condition changes were recorded timely. Results: After treatment, 3 patients in the observation group had adverse reactions(4.2%) with relatively mild symptoms, the total effective rate was 93.1%(67/72); 11 patients in the control group had adverse reactions(15.3%) with significant symptoms; the total effective rate was 77.8%(56/72). P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: In treating chronic bronchitis, TCM syndrome differentiation treatment had more significant effect than western medicine treatment, and there was little adverse reaction in patients, therefore, it was worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
