【摘要】 目的:探讨中药联合靶点射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年8月-2014年2月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者102例,将其随机分成两组,每组51例患者,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予单纯中药治疗,观察组患者在中药治疗的基础上加用靶点射频消融术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组与对照组患者在治疗前的疼痛评分、中医证候评分无显著差异;治疗后,观察组患者疼痛评分、中医证候评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合靶点射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of target radiofrequency ablation plus TCM medicine on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 102 patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with TCM medicine; and the observation group was given target radiofrequency ablation more. Efficiency in two groups was compared. Results: In treatment, pain score and syndrome score in observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: Target radiofrequency ablation plus TCM medicine on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy shows a good effect.更多还原
