【摘要】 目的:探索75%酒精联合中药外敷治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的护理效果。方法:抽查我院36例血栓性浅静脉炎患者,随机分为研究组(75%酒精+中药外敷)和对照组(50%硫酸镁湿敷),每组18例,研究组:75%酒精+中药持续外敷静脉炎的部位,连续应用5d。对照组:用50%硫酸镁持续湿敷静脉炎的部位,5d后观察临床效果。结果:研究组患者总有效率为88.9%(16/18),远远高于对照组的77.8%(14/18),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:75%酒精联合中药外敷治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效显著,操作方便易行,安全可靠,无不良反应,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore efficacy of 75% alcohol plus TCM medicine on 36 cases of thrombosis of superficial phlebitis. Methods: 36 cases of thrombosis of superficial phlebitis were randomly divided into the study group(75% alcohol plus TCM medicine) and control group(50% magnesium sulfate wet), 18 patients in each group; the study group: external application of 75% alcohol plus TCM medicine for 5 days. Results: In the study group the total effeciency was 88.9%, higher than 77.8% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: 75% alcohol plus TCM medicine on thrombosis of superficial phlebitis shows significant clinical effects, is easy to operate, safe and reliable, no adverse reactions, and should be promoted.更多还原
