【摘要】 目的:观察茵陈栀子大黄汤治疗糖尿病性便秘临床疗效。方法:符合糖尿病便秘的47例患者,治疗组随机分为对照组23例和治疗组24例对照临床疗效观察。患者均给予药物有效控制血糖。对比两组临床疗效评分Cleveland便秘评分,结果:治疗组便秘症状均较治疗前明善,Cleveland便秘评分明显减低(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈栀子大黄汤治疗糖尿病性便秘可显著改善患者临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yinchen Zhizi Dahuang decoction in treating diabetic constipation. Methods: 47 diabetic patients who suffered from diabetic constipation were randomly divided into the control group(23 cases) and the treatment group(24 cases). The control group received routine treatment while the treatment group received Yinchen zhizi dahuang decoction, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were observed and Cleveland constipation score was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results: The constipation symptoms of the treatment group were significantly relieved, and Cleveland constipation score was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yinchen Zhizi Dahuang decoction could significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect in treating diabetic constipation.更多还原
