【摘要】 目的:探讨壮医药线点灸联合龙氏正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将2012年10月-2014年10月在我院康复科治疗的150例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为3组,对照组1采用壮医药线点灸治疗,对照组2采用龙氏正骨手法治疗,观察组采用壮医药线点灸合龙氏正骨手法治疗,1个月后比较三组患者的临床效果、疼痛改善情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为90%,显著高于对照组1的66%、对照组2的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第3、7、14、21d的VAS疼痛评分明显较对照组1、2改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸合龙氏正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of moxibustion plus manipulation on lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 150 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group 1 was given moxibustion; and the control group 2 was given the Long’s manipulation of bone-setting; the observation group was given the moxibustion plus the Long’s manipulation of bone-setting. In 1 month, clinical efficiencies in 3 groups were compared. Results: The efficiency in the observation group was 90%, higher than 66% in the control group 1 and 80% in the control group 2. At 3rd, 7th, 14 th and 21 st, VAS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2. Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion plus the Long’s manipulation of bone-setting on lumbar disc herniation showed a significant effect, and was worthy of promotion.更多还原
