【摘要】 目的:研究分析补元益心汤对老年不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)伴高脂血症患者的疗效。方法:选59例于我院接受治疗的UAP伴高脂血症老年患者,接受西医治疗(对照组)26例,接受补元益心汤治疗(治疗组)33例。结果:治疗组与对照组TC为(2.11±0.75)分vs(2.52±0.83)分,TG为(7.35±1.54)分vs(7.12±0.64)分,LDL-C为(2.55±0.49)分vs(3.63±0.72)分,HDL-C为(1.57±0.36)分vs(1.36±0.38)分,治疗组改善幅度优于对照组,(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组总有效率为87.9%vs69.2%,(P<0.05)。结论:补元益心汤对老年UAP伴高脂血症的治疗效果理想,临床应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study and analyze the effect of Buyuan Yixin Decoction in the treatment of the elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and hyperlipidemia. Methods: 59 patients with UAP and hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. 26 patients were treated by using western medicine(control group) and 33 patients received Buyuan Yixin Decoction treatment(treatment group). Results: TC of the treatment group and control group was(2.11±0.75)vs(2.52±0.83), TG was(7.35±1.54)vs(7.12±0.64), LDL-C was(2.55±0.49)vs(3.63±0.72), HDL-C was(1.57±0.36)vs(1.36±0.38), the improvement rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 87.88% and 69.23% respectively,(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Buyuan Yixin Decoction was ideal in treating the elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and hyperlipidemia; it had high clinical application value.更多还原
