8-OHdG与p-EGFR在舌鳞癌中的表达及两者的相关性

【摘要】 目的探讨舌鳞状细胞癌组织中活性氧的标志物8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHd G)和磷酸化表皮生长因子受体(p-EGFR)的表达水平,并分析二者的相互关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测30例舌鳞癌组织及其癌旁组织中8-OHd G和p-EGFR表达,通过相关性分析探讨两者之间的关系。结果 8-OHd G和p-EGFR在舌癌组织中高表达,阳性表达率分别为80.0%、56.7%;两者在癌旁组织中呈低表达,阳性表达率分别为16.7%、6.7%,它们在癌组织中的阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),8-OHd G的表达与p-EGFR的表达具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论该研究初步确定活性氧在口腔癌中的表达和作用,以及其与磷酸化EGFR的正相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressions of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanine( 8-Ohd G) and phospho-epithelial growth factor receptor( p-EGFR) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma( TSCC) and their correlation. Methods The expressions of 8-OHd G and p-EGFR in 30 specimens of tongue squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent-carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between 8-OHd G expression and p-EGFR expression was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results Both 8-OHd G and p-EGFR were highly expressed in the TSCC tissues,and their positive rates were 80. 0%,56. 7% respectively,whereas the low expressions which were shown with positive rate of 16. 7%,6. 7% respectively,were observed in the adjacent-carcinoma tissues. The expressions of 8-OHd G and p-EGFR in carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in the adjacent-carcinoma tissue( P < 0. 05),and the statistically significant correlation was observed between 8-OHd G expression and p-EGFR expression( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Reactive oxygen species express in oral cancer,which is positively correlated to p-EGFR.
