复方红花饮对大鼠脑挫裂伤后血脑屏障通透性和SOD、MDA水平影响的实验研究
Effect of the Compound of Safflower Drink on the Level of BBB Permeability,SOD and MDA in Rats after Brain Contusion
【摘要】 目的通过大鼠脑挫裂伤后对血脑屏障通透性和SOD、MDA水平的影响,观察复方红花饮对大鼠脑挫裂伤的作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组(予复方红花饮),每组10只。采用自由落体打击法制备大鼠脑挫裂伤模型,观察各组在6 h、24 h、72 h、7 d不同时间点脑组织中EB含量、SOD活力和MDA含量。结果治疗组在6 h、24 h、72 h能显著降低伊文思蓝含量,在6 h、24 h、72 h、7 d能显著升高SOD活力,在24 h、72 h、7 d能显著降低MDA含量,与模型组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论复方红花饮对大鼠脑挫裂伤后具有抑制脑挫裂伤后血脑屏障的过度开放和明显抗氧化作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of the compound of safflower drink against rats after brain contusion through the impact on the levels of blood-brain barrier permeability,SOD and MDA in rats after brain contusion.Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into the sham group,the brain contusion model group and the compound of safflower drink treated group. Each group had 10 rats. By adopting the method of free-fall combating the brain contusion model was established to observe EB content,SOD activity and MDA content in brain tissue at different time points of 6 h,24 h,72 h and 7 d. Results: The EB content at 6 h,24 h,72 h were significantly reduced and the SOD activity in 6 h,24 h,72 h,7 d were significantly increased;the MDA content at 24 h,72 h,7 d were significantly reduced in the compound of safflower drink treated group,which had significant difference compared with the model group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion: The compound of safflower drink has a significant anti-oxidant effect and can inhibit BBB excessive open after brain contusion in rats.
