【摘要】 目的探讨中药冰棉棒穴位刺激联合综合性吞咽功能训练在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法将患者86例按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。治疗组应用中药冰棉棒穴位刺激联合综合性吞咽功能训练,对照组采用综合性吞咽功能训练。采用日本洼田俊夫饮水试验分级法对两组患者治疗前后吞咽功能改善程度进行评价。结果两组治疗后洼田饮水试验分级均有显著提高(P<0.01);治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率90.70%,高于对照组的67.44%(P<0.01)。结论中药冰棉棒穴位刺激能促进患者吞咽功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint stimulation with ice cotton stick soaked with traditional Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive deglutitory training on patients with post-stroke dysphagia. Methods: 86 cases of patients with post-stroke dysphagia were divided into two groups : the therapeutic group(n = 43) accepted acupoint stimulation with ice cotton stick soaked with traditional Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive deglutitory training. The control group(n = 43) accepted comprehensive deglutitory training only. The deglutition function(water-drinking test) was measured before and after therapy. Results: After treatment,the dysphagia grade was inproved in both groups(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01). The total effective rate in therapeutic group(90.70%) was higher than that of the control group(67.44%)(P < 0.01). Conclusion: Acupoint stimulation with ice cotton stick soaked with traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of deglutition function and reduce the complication,worth popularizing.更多还原
