【摘要】 目的观察瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤加减辨证治疗急性心肌梗死合并左心衰的临床疗效。方法将患者160例按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各80例。对照组应用常规西药治疗方法,实验组在其基础上应用瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤辨证治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后心功能生化指标变化,疗效变化以及心脏超声指标变化。结果两组患者经治疗后脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白(c Tn I)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)均较治疗前显著下降、动脉血氧合指数(Pa O2/Fib)显著升高,且实验组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率为86.25%,显著高于对照组的52.50%(P<0.05),且两组均有1例死亡。两组患者治疗后心脏超声均较之治疗前有所改善,以实验组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论应用瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤加减辨证治疗急性心肌梗死合并左心衰具有显著的临床疗效,并可有效改善患者的心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction dialectical treatment on acute myocardial infarction with left heart failure to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods: 160 patients of acute infarction with left heart failure admitted to hospital diagnosis and treatment were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 80) and the control group(n = 80). The control group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,while the experimental group received Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction dialectical therapy on its basis. Before and after treatment,changes of biochemical indices of cardiac function,effect change,and changes of echocardiographic indicators were observed. Results: Compared with before treatment,BNP,c Tn I and CK-MB of both groups decreased significantly;Pa O2/Fib increased significantly,and the experimental group was improved more significantly after treatment(P < 0.05). In the experimental group,47 cases were markedly effective,and the total effective rate was 86.25%;the control group was 26 cases,and the total effective rate was 52.50%. The difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). And one case of death in both groups. After treatment,the heart ultrasound of both groups was improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was more significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The dialectical treatment of Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction on acute myocardial infarction with left heart failure has significant clinical efficacy,and can improve cardiac function of patients.更多还原
