【摘要】 对近五年我国农民工职业培训情况进行整理分析,发现存在农民工增长率逐年下降、农民工参训率仍然偏低、农业技能培训占比较低、高级以上技工培训占比太低等问题。需要完善我国农民工职业培训政策法律体系,实现农民工职业培训资金投入多元化,加强农业技能培训,加大中高级技师培训力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the world economic structure has changed a lot, together with the old international labor distribution. As China is undergoing economic upgrade and labor cost keeps increasing, China is going through a demographic dividend patterns change from the old path depending on cheap labor cost and technicians to the new one relying on highly-skilled technicians and specialized talents. Therefore, it becomes increasingly urgent to make human resources exploitation on migrant workers which act as the main force of all industries. This paper studies Chinese migrant workers’ vocational training of the last five years, and analyzes it with statistical analysis, and finds that the growth rate of migrant workers decreases year by year, the training rate of migrant workers is still low, and the proportion of advanced technician training is small. So based on these findings, this paper will propose countermeasures to deal with them actively.更多还原
