【摘要】 在经济转型升级和高校转型发展进程中,应用型人才培养与区域经济之间具有明显互动作用及杠杆驱动机理,两者本应相互促进并呈现和谐联动及互利共赢的伙伴关系。然而现实中存在的诸多体制困境制约了应用型人才培养与区域经济发展的有效联动。构建应用型人才培养与区域经济联动发展的框架,可从应用型人才培养的办学体制、人才培养环节和管理体制及其路径构建入手,着力于区域联盟办学机制,多元主体的投资吸纳机制、人才培养与市场需求对接机制、区域联盟评估机制、统筹管理体制与协同治理机制的建立与完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of economic transforming and upgrading as well as part of universities transferring to universities of applied technology, the applied talents cultivation and the regional economy development can promote each other naturally. That’s a beneficial partnership between them. However many systematic plights restrict the effective linkage between the training of applied talents and the development of regional economy.
