学生自身因素对旅游管理专业本科生进入旅游企业就业的影响研究
Study on Impact of Students’ Own Factors on Tourism Management Undergraduates Going into the Tourism Enterprises for Employment
【摘要】 旅游管理专业本科生进入旅游企业就业不仅关系到我国旅游业的发展,也关系到学生就业质量的提升以及高校培养目标的实现。然而,大量的旅游管理专业本科生选择不进入旅游企业就业,跳槽、改行的现象也普遍存在。原因是多方面的。本文通过对职业素养低、行业认可度低等学生自身因素的分析,提出帮助学生进行自我调整的对策。
【Abstract】 Tourism management undergraduates going into the tourism enterprises for employment not only concerns the development of tourism industry in China,but also is related to promotion of the student employment quality and realization of the training objectives of universities. However,the phenomena that a large number of tourism management undergraduates choose not to enter the tourism enterprises for employment,job- hopping,and changing careers are very common. Reasons are various.Through analysis of students’ own factors,such as low professional quality,low industry recognition degree,etc.,put forward some countermeasures to help students to adjust.
