【摘要】 目的:本实验主要是研究项目教学法在医学生理学实验教学中的教学效果及其是否存在着教学优势。方法:把我校基础医学院2012级临床医学专业本科1~8班的学生分为对照组227人(采用传统教学法进行授课)和实验组219人(采用项目教学法进行授课)。两组授课均在相同时间段完成,学期末对两组同学均进行实验理论和技能考试。此外,对实验组进行问卷调查,以检验项目教学法的教学效果。结果:(1)对照组学生的实验考试平均成绩为78.82±12.63分,实验组学生的实验考试平均成绩为83.86±11.69分,P<0.05,具有显著差异。(2)实验组学生对自己在学习兴趣、主动性、团队合作和医学素质培养等方面的表现均有较高的满意度。结论:项目教学法不仅能提高学生对基础知识中的重难点的学习和掌握,还能显著提高学生对具体问题的综合分析和解决能力。学生学习兴趣浓厚,学习的主动性、自觉性和团队协作能力增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective was to study the effect of the project teaching method in medical physiology experiment teaching and whether teaching advantages can occur. The method was to divide the students in class 1 to class 8,2012 medical classes of the Department of Basic Medical Sciences in our university into control group( 227 students,using traditional teaching method) and experimental group( 219 students,using the project teaching method),and teachings were completed at the same period. At the end of the semester,the two groups would participate in both experimental theory and skill tests. In addition,the experimental group was conducted a questionnaire survey to test the effect of project teaching method. The results: 1. the average score of the control group was 78. 82 ± 12. 63,and the experimental group was 83. 86 ± 11. 69( P < 0. 05),so they had a significant difference; 2. Experimental group had a higher satisfaction with their learning interests,initiative,teamwork,medical quality training,and other aspects. The conclusion is that project teaching method can improve not only the study of main and difficult ’points of basic knowledge,but also students’ ability of comprehensive analysis of specific problems and solving problems.
