【Abstract】 Ubiquitous learning is one of the reform directions of learning ways at present and the construction of teaching resources is one of the key factors to promote the ubiquitous learning. In the background of"Internet plus",in view of the current situation of teaching and learning of public computer basic curriculums in universities,strengthening the construction of the teaching resources based on ubiquitous learning has become increasingly urgent.
