【摘要】 目的观察电针联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的治疗效果。方法将56例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组。对照组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用普瑞巴林治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用电针及中药熏洗,总疗程4周。并通过视觉模拟尺进行疼痛视觉模拟、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表等进行疗效评定。结果经过4周的治疗后,对照组与治疗组患者的VAS、WHOQOL-BREF评分较治疗前明显降低,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组的不良反应发生率更低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合中药熏洗与普瑞巴林单药治疗对糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效相似,且具有更好的安全性和耐受性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Electroacupuncture and Herbal fumigation treatment on painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy( PDPN) patients. Method 56 patients were randomly divided into control group,treatment group. The control group treatment with hypoglycemic therapy and pregabalin. Treatment group patients were treated with electroacupuncture and herbal fumigation in 4 weeks. The visual analysis scale and Table of quality of life of WHO were used as evaluating the curative effect. Result After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS and WHOQOL-BREF scores of two groups were decreased,there were no obviously different between two groups( P >0. 05),but there were Significant difference in Adverse reactions,and the treatment group were lower( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Electro acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal fumigation is similar to pregabal treatment in the curative effect of diabetic painful neuropathy,but fewer adverse reactions.更多还原
