【摘要】 卵巢低反应(POR)是卵巢对促性腺激素(Gn)刺激反应不良的一种病理状态,这大大降低了辅助生殖技术的成功率。现代医学对于POR的治疗方法主要是加大Gn剂量、更换掉调节方案和激素预处理,但尚未取得理想的临床疗效,且副作用较大。而近年来中医对于POR的认识及治疗,则很大程度上避免了上述问题。中医多采用补肾健脾、滋阴疏肝中药并且结合针灸辅助治疗,不仅能改善患者症状,提高辅助生殖技术的临床妊娠率,还能从根本上提高女性的生育能力,发掘女性的生殖潜能,因此,中医药对POR的干预和治疗作用具有不可低估的优势和前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Poor ovarian response( POR) is a pathological state of ovarian stimulation to the gonadotropin( Gn),which greatly reduces the success rate of assisted reproductive technology. Nowadays,the treatment methods of POR in modern medicine is to increase the dosage of Gn,to change the adjustment program or to use the hormone pretreatment,but it seems that we have not got the ideal clinical curative effect,and the side effect is relatively large. In recent years,Chinese medicine for the understanding and treatment of POR,to a large extent,have avoided the above problems. Chinese mdicine use more invigorating the spleen and kidney,Ziyin Shugan prescription. It not only can improve the symptoms of patients,improve the success rate of assisted reproductive technology( Art),clinical pregnancy rate,but also fundamentally improve the fertility of women,explore women’s reproductive potential.
