【摘要】 目的探讨温针灸配合中药外敷治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法将92例(102膝)退行性膝关节炎患者按数字表法分为温针灸组46例(52膝)和普通针刺组46例(50膝),温针灸组给予温针灸配合本院自制金黄膏中药外敷治疗;普通针刺组给予常规针刺+TDP照射治疗,2组均选犊鼻、膝眼、阳陵泉、梁丘、血海、足三里等穴,7 d为1疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果温针灸组总有效率为94.2%,普通针刺组总有效率为78.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);温针灸组在改善膝关节疼痛、晨僵、关节活动度、病情严重程度等关节功能综合评分方面明显优于普通针刺组(P﹤0.05)。结论温针灸配合金黄膏外敷治疗退行性膝关节炎能迅速消炎消肿、减轻疼痛、改善膝关节活动度、提高患者膝关节功能状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore clinical effects of warm needling combined with topical traditional Chinese medicine therapy for patients with degenerative gonarthritis. Methods Divide 92 patients( 102 knees) with degenerative gonarthritis into two 46-patient groups: warm needling group( 52 knees) and regular needling group( 50 knees). Provide warm needling group with hospital homemade Jinhuang cream combined and warm needling treatment; provide regular needling group with regular needling treatment and TOP radiation. Offer both two groups with acupuncture therapy at Du bi( ST35),Xi yan( EX-LE5),Yang ling quan( GB34),Liang qiu( ST34),Xue hai( SP10) and Zu san li( ST36). Give efficacy evaluation after 3 continuous phases( 7 days/per phase). Results The total curative rate of warm needling group is 94. 2%; the total curative rate of regular needling group is 78. 0%. The difference is statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The warm needling group has significant better clinical effects than the other group at knee functional status scores about improvement in pain and morning stiffness,knee activity level and the severity( P <0. 05).
