参杞红玛胶囊缓解疲劳作用的实验研究
Experimental study on anti-fatigue effect of Wolfberry Rhodiola Maca Capsule
【摘要】 目的初步探讨以人参、红景天、玛卡、淫羊藿、枸杞为主要成份的参杞红玛胶囊缓解体力疲劳的作用。方法将小鼠随机分为4组:低、中、高剂量组(0.15、0.30和0.45 g/kg)和空白对照组。连续30 d经口灌胃参杞红玛胶囊后进行小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原、血清尿素、血乳酸测定。结果低、中、高各剂量组负重游泳时间均大于对照组,中、高剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低、中、高各剂量组肝糖原含量均增加,中剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);低、中、高各剂量组血清尿素含量均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参杞红玛胶囊对小鼠有明显的缓解疲劳作用。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the anti-fatigue effect of Wolfberry Rhodiola Maca(GWRM)Capsule that consists chiefly of ginseng,rhodiola,maca,epimedium,and Chinese wolfberry.[Methods]The mice were randomly divided into four groups:low dose group(0.15 g/kg),medium dose group(0.30 g/kg),high dose group(0.45 g/kg) and blank control group. The animals were given the GWRM Capsule and deionized water by intragastric administration for 30 days,and the burdened swimming time,hepatic glycogen,serum urea and blood lactate were tested.[Results]The burdened swimming time in low,medium and high dose groups were longer than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant between medium,high dose groups and control group(P <0.05). The hepatic glycogen levels in three dose groups increased,and difference was statistically significant between medium group and control group(P <0.01).The serum urea levels in three dose groups decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]GWRM Capsule can significantly alleviate physical fatigue on mice.
