【摘要】 目的了解2010—2015年岳阳市法定传染病发病特点和流行趋势。方法采用描述流行病学分析方法对2010—2015年岳阳市疾病监测报告管理系统的法定传染病资料进行统计分析。结果 2010—2015年岳阳市无甲类传染病报告,报告乙丙类传染病31种计162 565例,年均报告发病率为497.48/10万;报告死亡239例,年均报告死亡率为0.73/10万。乙类传染病以血源及性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病为主,发病前5位的乙类传染病依次为肺结核、乙型肝炎、梅毒、丙型肝炎和细菌性痢疾。结论岳阳市法定报告传染病疫情总体呈散发状态,现阶段应重点加强对肺结核、病毒性肝炎、艾滋病、梅毒和手足口病等的监测和防控工作力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trend of notifiable diseases in Yueyang City from2010-2015.[Methods]The data of notifiable diseases in Yueyang City from 2010-2015,which were collected from Information management system for disease surveillance in Yueyang City,were analyzed by using retrospective epidemiological method.[Results]From 2010 to 2015,there was no category A infectious disease case,but 162 565 cases of 31 infectious diseases in category B and C were reported with the average annual incidence of 497.48/lakh,while there were 239 death cases with the average annual mortality of 0.73/lakh. The category B infectious diseases were mainly blood/sexually transmitted diseases and respiratory infectious diseases,and the top 5 category C infectious diseases were pulmonary tuberculosis,hepatitis B,syphilis,hepatitis C and bacterial dysentery. [Conclusion]The epidemic situation of notifiable diseases shows a sporadic status in Yueyang City. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring,prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,AIDS,syphilis and hand-foot-mouth disease.更多还原
