【摘要】 目的了解山东淄博某燃煤电厂作业人员职业病危害因素接触情况和职业健康状况。方法对该燃煤电厂主要职业病危害因素进行检测,对作业人员进行职业健康检查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果职业病危害因素岗位超标率:高温为1.69%,粉尘为3.39%,噪声为28.8%。受检人员异常检出率:血常规为12.76%,尿常规为9.74%,高血压为24.83%,肝功能为11.52%,心电图为7.00%,胸片为5.42%,听力为3.81%等。复查后出现2名疑似尘肺病,1名噪声职业禁忌证,6名疑似噪声聋。结论该燃煤电厂粉尘和噪声危害较重,需改善作业环境,加强个体防护,定期进行职业健康检查,保障作业人员职业健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the status of exposure to occupational hazard factors and occupational health of workers in a coal-fired power plant of Zibo City in Shandong.[Methods]The main occupational hazard factors in coal-fired power plant were detected,the occupational health examination was conducted in workers,and the results were analyzed statistically.[Results]The exceeding standard rate of high temperature,dust and noise was 1.69%,3.39% and 28.8%,respectively. In the occupational health examination,the abnormal detection rate of blood routine test,urine routine test,blood?pressur,liver function,ECG,chest radiograph,and audition was 12.76%,9.74%,24.83%,11.52%,7.00%,5.42% and 3.81%,respectively. In the reexamination,there were 2 cases of suspected pneumoconiosis,1 case of occupational noise-contraindication and 6 cases of suspected noise deafness.[Conclusion]Dust and noise are serious occupational hazard factors in the coal-fired power plant. The enterprise should improve the operating environment,strengthen individual protection,and regularly perform occupational health examination,to guarantee the occupational health of workers.更多还原
