【摘要】 目的评估上海市闵行区医务人员职业紧张现状,探讨其影响因素。方法分层比例抽样抽取622名医务人员,填写中文版工作内容问卷,收回有效问卷620份。利用Epi Data软件建立数据库,SAS软件进行统计分析。结果调查发现职业紧张程度高者共有334人(53.9%)。其中,男性医务人员职业紧张程度低于女性医务人员(P<0.05),OR值为0.33;本科以下学历医务人员职业紧张程度高于本科及以上学历医务人员(P<0.05),OR值为3.38;每周工作>40 h医务人员职业紧张程度高于每周工作≤40 h医务人员(P<0.05),OR值为1.95;需要倒班医务人员职业紧张程度高于不需要倒班医务人员(P<0.05),OR值为1.74。结论医务人员属于职业紧张较高人群,主要影响因素包括性别、文化程度、每周工作时长、是否倒班作业;制定相关的卫生政策,可有效缓解其工作压力,更好地保障该职业人群的身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the current situation of occupational stress among medical personnel in Minhang District of Shanghai,explore its influencing factors.[Methods]The Chinese version of job content questionnaire(JCQ)were distributed to622 medical workers collected by the stratified proportional sampling,and 620 effective questionnaires were collected. Database was set up with Epi Data and analyzed with SAS software.[Results] A total of 334 medical workers had the high degree of occupational stress(53.9%). The level of occupational stress in male medical workers was lower than that in females(P<0.05),and OR value was 0.33. The level of occupational stress in medical workers with education level under bachelor degree was higher than that in workers with bachelor degree or above(P<0.05),and OR value was 3.38. The level of occupational stress in medical workers whose working hours were longer than 40 hours per week was higher than that in those whose working hours were less than or equal to 40 hours per week(P<0.05),and OR value was 1.95. The level of occupational stress in medical workers with shift work was higher than that in those without shift work(P <0.05),and OR value was 1.74. [Conclusion] Medical personnel may suffer from high occupational stress and the primary influencing factors include gender,education level,working hour per week,and shift work. Relevant health policies can effectively alleviate the job stress,and ensure the physical and mental health of medical personnel.更多还原
