【摘要】 目的为了解深圳市宝安区某医疗产品生产企业职业病危害风险及防护设施防护效果,对该企业进行控制效果评价,完善卫生防护设施,为同类行业防治职业病提供参考依据。方法通过现场职业卫生调查、职业健康检查、职业卫生检测、风险评估等方法进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、正己烷、二氯甲烷、环己酮、丙酮、丁酮、甲醇、粉尘、噪声等。检测结果显示,甲苯、正己烷时间加权平均浓度最大值分别为17.8和8.9 mg/m~3;粉尘时间加权平均浓度为1.0~3.1 mg/m~3;噪声40 h等效连续声级结果为78.1~84.8 d B(A);其他职业病危害因素均低于最低检出限。213名接触职业病危害作业工人的职业健康检查报告发现噪声禁忌证3名,未发现职业病患者和疑似职业病患者。结论该项目在确保职业病危害防护设施正常运行、个人防护措施到位和各项职业卫生管理制度落实的情况下,其职业病危害控制效果基本符合相关职业卫生法规、标准的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 [objective]To understand the occupational hazard risk and protective equipment effect in a medical product manufacturing enterprise in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City,evaluate the control effect,improve the occupational health protective equipments,and provide the basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases in the same industry.[Methods]The evaluation was performed by using the field occupational health investigation,occupational health examination,occupational health detection and risk assessment.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors existed in the project included toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,isopropyl alcohol,n-hexane,dichloromethane,cyclohexanone,acetone,butanone,methyl alcohol,dust and noise. The detection results showed that the time weighted average concentration maximum of toluene and n-hexane was 17.8 mg/m~3 and 8.9 mg/m~3 respectively,the time weighted average concentration of dust was 1.0-3.1 mg/m3,40 hour equivalent continuous sound level of noise was 78.1-84.8 d B(A),and levels of other occupational hazards were below the minimum detection limit. Among 213 workers exposed to occupational hazards,3 cases of noise contraindication were found by the occupational health examination,and there was no patient with occupational disease or suspected occupational disease.[Conclusion]The control effect of the occupational hazards in this project basically meets the requirements of relevant occupational health regulations and standards when the occupational hazard protective facilities have run well,personal protective measures have been carried out and occupational health management system has been implemented.更多还原
