【摘要】 农药是现代农业不可缺少的生产资料。人在一生中直接或间接接触多种农药,对人体健康造成严重危害。作者综述了现阶段我国农产品中各类农药残留的现状,阐述了多种农药联合暴露对人体健康可能产生的不良影响,包括遗传毒性、生殖和发育毒性、神经毒性、致癌作用以及对生物酶、免疫系统的影响,提出了在农药联合毒性方面应开展的研究工作,旨在为我国农产品中农药残留风险的评价以及农产品中农药残留限量标准的制定提供理论支持,保障食品的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pesticide is indispensable to modern agriculture. Human is exposed to a variety of pesticides directly or indirectly in life,which cause serious harm to health. The authors review the current situation of pesticide residues in agricultural products in China,expound the harm of combined exposure of multiple pesticides on human body,including genetic toxicity,reproductive and developmental toxicity,neurotoxicity,carcinogenesis and influence on the enzyme and immune system,and put forward the prospect of further research on combined toxicity of pesticides,so as to provide theoretical support for risk assessment of pesticide residues in agricultural products and formulation of standard of pesticide residues in agricultural products in China,and ensure the safety of food.更多还原
