北京市某鸡精生产企业职业病危害现状评价

【摘要】 目的了解北京市某企业鸡精生产过程中的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,评价其职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理措施的效果。方法采用职业卫生检测、职业卫生现场调查和职业健康检查等方法进行职业病危害现状评价。结果工作场所中其他粉尘的8 h时间加权平均浓度为0.51~7.12 mg/m3,符合国家职业卫生接触限值要求。鸡精(粉)翻转机操作工、上罐工、码拍工8 h等效声级为88.9、88.3和85.1 d B(A),超过国家职业卫生接触限值要求。结论该企业鸡精生产过程中存在稳态噪声的危害,应加强以防噪声为主的综合措施。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To identify the occupational hazard in production process of a chicken flavor production enterprise in Beijing, analyze the harm degree, and evaluate the effect of occupational protection facilities and occupational health control measures. [Methods]Occupational health test, occupational health field investigation and occupational health examination were used to evaluate the current situation of occupational hazards. [Results]The 8-hour time weighted average concentrations of other dust in workplace were 0.51-7.12 mg/m3, which met the requirements of occupational exposure limits. The 8-hour equivalent sound level of turnover machine operators,tinning workers and labeled workers was respectively 88.9 d B(A),88.3 d B(A)and85.1 d B(A),which exceeded the requirements of occupational exposure limits.[Conclusion]The main occupational hazard in the production process of chicken flavor is steady noise, and it is necessary to strengthen comprehensive noise reduction measures.
