【摘要】 目的:观察六味地黄丸的抗焦虑作用。方法:采用改良天敌应激复制小鼠焦虑模型,与地西泮阳性对照组比较,观察高、中、低3个浓度的六味地黄丸对焦虑小鼠体质量、体温、饮水量、行为、血清γ-氨基丁酸(γ-amino-butylic,acid,GABA)水平的影响。结果:与空白组比较,模型组体质量减轻、体温升高,平均饮水量大,OE%、OT%、血清GABA浓度低;与模型组比较,其余各组体质量增加,阳性对照组体温降低,六味地黄丸高、中剂量组平均饮水量小且与阳性对照组的OE%、OT%、血清GABA浓度均较高;与六味低剂量组比较,高剂量组体温降低,平均饮水量小,OE%、OT%、血清GABA浓度高。结论:六味地黄丸滋肾阴而抗焦虑,具有量效依赖性,提高GABA水平是可能机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the anti-anxiety effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills. Methods: The anxiety mice model of predator stress was treated with high,medium,and low concentrations of Liuwei Dihuang pills,compared with diazepam positive control group. And to detect the drug effect,the changes of experimental mice in body weight,temperature,amount of drinking water,behaviors,and the serum γ-GABA level were recorded. Results: The model group was compared with the control group,body weight decreased,body temperature increased,mean amount of drinking water increcsed,serum γ-GABA level,level of OE% and OT% was smaller; Compared with model group,the other groups were with rise of the body weight,body temperature reduced in positive control group,mean amount of drinking water was significantly less in high and medium dose group. For serum γ-GABA level,level of OE% and OT%,we found that control group,high or medium dose group was significantly higher than model group; Compared with low dose group,the body temperature reduced,mean amount of drinking water reduled,the serum γ-GABA level was higher,level of OE% and OT% was higher in high dose group. Conclusion: Nourishing yin recipe Liuwei Dihuang pills had anti-anxiety effect in a concentration effectdependent manner,and one probable mechanism was to up-regulate GABA expression level.更多还原
