【摘要】 辨证是中医学的基本特点之一,也是中医临床的难点。程国彭是清代康乾时名医,在中医辨证方面积累了丰富的经验。故从以下6个方面论述了程国彭的临证思维特点:以人为本,重视禀赋等多种因素对辨证的影响;运用合理的四诊顺序促使辨证与诊法相结合;以病为先,辨证与辨病相结合;以八纲辨证为基,多种辨证方法综合应用;"优先考虑高发病"原则的应用;类比法与系统思维的综合应用。通过以上6方面的探讨以期为提高临床思维能力拓宽门径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Syndrome differentiation is one of the basic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and a clinical difficulty in traditional Chinese medicine as well. CHENG Guo-peng a famous physician in the Kangxi and Qian Long years of Qing Dynasty,accumulated a wealth of experience in this field. To improve the clinical thinking,the paper illustrated his clinical thinking characteristics of syndrome differentiation in the following six aspects: People-centered,paid attention to the effects of patients ’ endowment and social ethics on syndrome differentiation; Reasonable utilization of the four methods of diagnosis and promotion of the combination of syndrome differentiation and diagnostic methods to ensure a comprehensive and systematic collection of clinical data; Disease first,combination of syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation; Based on eight-principal syndrome differentiation,applying various differentiation comprehensively; Giving priority to the application of the high morbidity principle; Application of analogy combined with systematic thinking.
