【摘要】 目的研究经皮肾镜取石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)治疗肾结石患者围手术期应用超前镇痛护理的效果。方法选取2015年1~6月行PCNL治疗的103例肾结石患者,其中49例为观察组,围手术期实施超前镇痛护理;54例为对照组,实行常规护理,遵医嘱应用止痛药物。比较2组患者术后3d疼痛情况、术后睡眠质量及术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,睡眠质量高于对照组,且术后未出现明显不良反应。结论围手术期实施超前镇痛护理可有效缓解PCNL患者术后疼痛,提高患者术后睡眠质量,且无明显不良反应,有利于患者术后快速康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of perioperative preemptive analgesia for renal calculi patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods Totally 103 cases of renal calculi to receive PCNL were randomly divided into an observation group(n=49)and a control group(n=54).The observation group was given perioperative preemptive analgesia.The control group was provided with routine nursing and pain killer.The pain at 3days after the operation,postoperative sleeping quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,but the sleep quality was significantly higher than that in the control group.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the observation group.Conclusion Perioperative analgesia nursing can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with PCNL,and improve the quality of sleeping,beneficial to the rapid recovery of patients after surgery.更多还原
