【摘要】 过敏性紫癜是以小血管炎为主要病变的系统性血管炎,在临床治疗过程中存在易反复的特点,病因、发病机制尚未完全阐明,很多研究表明与免疫机制、炎症机制等有关。现代药理研究证实蜂房提取物具有抗炎、抑制免疫反应作用。笔者在治疗本病过程中辨证论治,巧用蜂房发挥抗炎、抑制免疫作用,有效减少紫癜反复,缩短病程,取得比较满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a systemic vasculitis with small vessel vasculitis as the main pathological change.During the clinical treatment,it relapses easily.Etiology and pathogenesis of the disease has not been fully clarified.Many studies suggest that it is associated with the immune mechanism,inflammatory mechanisms and so on.In the process of curing the disease,basing on syndrome differentiation,the author uses the hive’s anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects to effectively reduce the purpura’s repetition and shorten the process of the disease,which obtains satisfactory results.更多还原
