脑脊液生化指标检测对中枢神经系统白血病的诊断和病情发展的重要意义研究
Study on the Significance Meaning of Detection of Biochemical Indexes of Cerebrospinal Fluid in the Diagnosis and Development of Central Nervous System Leukemia
【摘要】 目的:探讨脑脊液生化指标检测对中枢神经系统白血病的诊断和病情发展的重要意义。方法:选取2012年5月-2016年5月本院收治的42例中枢神经系统白血病患者作为观察组,另择同期住院的42例非中枢神经系统白血病患者作为对照组。比较两组患者治疗前、观察组治疗前后及不同类型中枢神经系统白血病患者脑脊液中蛋白质、糖定量、氯化物、可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(Su PAR)水平。结果:治疗前,观察组脑脊液中蛋白质和Su PAR水平均高于对照组,糖定量和氯化物水平均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同类型中枢神经系统白血病患者脑脊液生化指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组脑脊液中蛋白质和Su PAR均低于治疗前,糖定量和氯化物水平均高于治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液中蛋白质、糖定量、氯化物水平及Su PAR变化将有助于中枢神经系统白血病的早期临床诊断,并对病情发展及预后转归具有重要指导意义。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the significance meaning of detection of biochemical indexes of cerebrospinal fluid in the diagnosis and development of central nervous system leukemia.Method:From May 2012 to May 2016,42 cases of central nervous system leukemia in our hospital were selected as observation group,42 cases of non central nervous system leukemia at the same time were selected as the control group.The protein in cerebrospinal fluid,quantitative determination of glucose,chloride,soluble urokinase type plasminogen activator receptor(Su PAR) level before treatment,observation group before and after treatment and different types of central nervous system leukemia were compared.Result:Before treatment,cerebrospinal fluid protein and Su PAR in the observation group were higher than those in control group,glucose quantitative and chloride were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indexes between different types of central nervous system leukemia(P>0.05).After treatment,cerebrospinal fluid protein and Su PAR in the observation group lower than before treatment,glucose quantitative and chloride higher than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detection of protein,glucose,chloride and Su PAR in erebrospinal fluid will be contributed to clinical diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia,and it can be an important guidance for the development and prognosis of the disease.
