【摘要】 目的:探讨主动脉球囊反搏术(IABP)治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并心源性休克的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年9月本院AMI合并心源性休克的患者20例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将例患者均分为试验组和对照组,每组各10例。试验组在IABP支持下进行PCI,对照组直接进行PCI治疗。观察患者术后30、90 d死亡情况,治疗前后心率、收缩压、平均动脉压、LVEF水平变化情况。结果:试验组患者术后30、90 d死亡率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者心率较治疗前降低,且低于对照组,收缩压、平均动脉压、LVEF较治疗前升高,且均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者心率较治疗前降低,收缩压、平均动脉压、LVEF较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IABP在治疗AMI合并心源性休克方面效果较好,患者术后30、90 d死亡率低,心率、收缩压、平均动脉压、LVEF均恢复较好,临床应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effects of intra aortic balloon pump for AMI patients combined with cardiogenic shock.Method:The 20 AMI patients combined with cardiogenic shock were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,10 cases in each group,the experiment group was treated by IAMP and PCI,the control group was treated by PCI.The death status after operation for 30,90 days,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure and LVEF of two groups were compared.Result:The rate of death after operation for 30,90 days in the experiment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stays for the experiment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate for the experiment group were lower than the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,LVEF for the experiment group were higher than the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has good clinical effects for the AMI patients combined with cardiogenic shock by intra aortic balloon pump,low rate of death after operation for 30,90 days,it can improve the heart rate,systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and LVEF,it has high values of clinical application.更多还原
