【摘要】 目的:探讨化瘀祛痰法联合持续正压通气对妊娠阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床疗效的影响。方法:选取该院2014年12月-2016年1月妇科已确诊为妊娠阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者58例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各29例。对照组给予常规持续正压通气等治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予以化瘀祛痰法治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:试验组临床总有效率为100%明显高于对照组的86.21%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀祛痰法联合持续正压通气可明显改善妊娠阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床治疗效果,对妊娠期妇女的身体健康具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of the removing phlegm and blood stasis method combined with continuous positive airway Pregnancy in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Method:58 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in our hospital from December 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into control group and experiment group,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional continuous positive pressure ventilation.The experiment group was treated by removing phlegm and blood stasis method on the basis of control group.The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The clinical therapeutic effect rate of experiment group was 100% higher than control group of 86.21%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Removing phlegm and blood stasis method combined with continuous positive pressure ventilation can significantly improve the clinical effect of obstructive sleep apnea pregnancy blocking,it has important significance for health of pregnant women.更多还原
