【摘要】 目的:探究综合性护理干预对不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2014年7月-2015年1月本院收治的108例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为两组,各54例。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者综合性护理干预,对比两组患者的临床疗效、焦虑和抑郁心理的变化情况、生活质量变化。结果:观察组和对照组患者的临床总有效率分别为94.44%和81.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予不稳定型心绞痛患者综合性护理干预具有较好的临床疗效,且能够缓解焦虑和抑郁的不良心理,可在临床上进一步推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with unstable angina.Method:A total of 108 patients with unstable angina in our hospital from July 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects,used a random number table method,patients were divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,the change of psychological anxiety and depression,quality of life changes of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group and the control group patients were 94.44% and 81.48%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS,SDS differences between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS,SDS,quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with unstable angina given comprehensive nursing intervention has a better clinical efficacy,and can relieve anxiety and depression adverse psychological,can further promote and use in clinical practice.更多还原
