【摘要】 目的:评价复方樟柳碱注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:选取50例视网膜静脉阻塞患者,按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各25例。在实行常规治疗的基础上,研究组在发病2周后采用复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗,对照组在发病1个月后采用复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应、复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率、复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度及纤维蛋白原与对照组比较,各项指标均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液可有效提高对视网膜静脉阻塞患者的治疗效果,且治疗时间越早治疗效果越好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of Compound Anisodine Injection treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Method:The 50 patients with retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into study group and control group equally with 25 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment,2 weeks after onset,Compound Anisodine Injection was used for treatment in the study group,1 month after onset,Compound Anisodine Injection was used for treatment in the control group.Therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,and the relapse rate before and after treatment,blood rheology indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significant higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and fiber protein raw of the study group were significantly decreased,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Anisodine Injection can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with retinal vein occlusion,reduce the relapse rate,and the earlier the treatment the better treatment.更多还原
