【摘要】 目的:了解住院患者压疮患病率、发生率及相关因素,为动态监测和预防压疮提供基线数据。方法:采用压疮现患率调研工具精简数据组,对2015年1月29日和2015年4月9日某三级甲等医院1375例住院患者压疮情况进行调查。结果:住院患者压疮总现患率为6.91%,院内获得性压疮现患率为2.98%,压疮患者全身性减压措施采用率为55.6%,局部减压措施采用率为69.4%;压疮患者设有防压疮提示标识占40.0%;与非压疮患者比较,压疮患者血清白蛋白、血红蛋白明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:该医院患者老龄化程度高,压疮患病率高于同类医院水平,护理人员应加强防压疮知识培训,正确使用Braden评估表筛查高危患者,积极采取全身性和局部性减压措施,以降低压疮发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the hospitalized patients with pressure ulcer prevalence,incidence,related factors,and provide baseline data for dynamic monitoring and prevention of pressure ulcer.Method:The inpatients of 1375 were investigated by using the pressure ulcer prevalence survey tools to streamline the data set on January 29,2015 and April 9,2015.Result:The inpatients prevalence of pressure ulcers was 6.91% and the prevalence of hospital-acquired pressure ulcers was 2.98%,the adoption rate of systematic decompression and local decompression were respectively 55.6% and 69.4%.The patients had the caution of ‘No pressure ulcers’ were 40.0%.The mean value of serum albumin and hemoglobin in the pressure ulcers were obviously lowered than the non-pressure ulcers,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Considering the aging of hospitalized patients and the high prevalence of pressure ulcers,it is necessary to enhance the knowledge of preventing the pressure ulcers and screening high-risk patients to the nurse and correctly use the Braden assessment form and positively adopting measures of systematic or local decompression to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers.更多还原
