【摘要】 目的:探究鼻部手术患者应用舒适护理的效果与评价。方法:将本院2012年10月-2014年1月收治的鼻部手术患者248例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和试验组,每组124例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上再给予舒适护理,观察两组患者护理满意度以及疼痛改善情况。结果:试验组护理后护理满意度为91.94%,明显高于对照组的72.58%,差异有统计学意义(u=3.5594,P=0.0002)。试验组患者护理后总疼痛率为8.87%,明显低于对照组的63.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻部手术患者中应用舒适护理,可明显改善其疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,改善护患关系,值得在临床上应用与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects and evaluation of comfort nursing applied on patients with nasal surgeries.Method:Two hundred and forty-eight patients with nasal surgeries admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to January 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental according to the different nursing methods,124 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing,and patients in the experimental group were given comfort nursing on the basis of conventional nursing,the nursing satisfaction and pain relief conditions of patients between the two groups were observed.Result:The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group after nursing was 91.94%,which was significantly higher than 72.58% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(u=3.5594,P=0.0002).The total pain rate of patients in the experimental group after nursing was 8.87%,which was significantly lower than 63.71% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort nursing applied on patients with nasal surgeries can obviously improve severity of pain,improve nursing satisfaction and the relationship between nurses and patients,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
