【摘要】 目的:探讨三阴性乳腺癌患者Ki-67和p53表达的临床病理特征。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测111例三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)组织和111例非三阴性乳腺癌(NTNBC)组织中Ki-67和p53的表达情况,分析其与各临床病理特征的关系。结果:TNBC组Ki-67的阳性表达率高于NTNBC组,Ki-67强阳性表达患者明显多于NTNBC组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组p53表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况的患者Ki-67、p53表达情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同病理组织类型患者的Ki-67表达情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而p53表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);伴髓样特征的癌Ki-67强阳性表达率高于非特殊型浸润性癌及其他类型癌,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ki-67在TNBC中呈明显高表达,在TNBC中Ki-67表达与病理组织类型相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinicopathologic feature of Ki-67 and p53 expressions in patients with triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Method:Ki-67 and p53 expressions of breast cancer samples collected from 111 cases of breast cancer and 111 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Result:The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was higher than that in the NTNBC group,the number of patients with strongly positive expression of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was more than that in the NTNBC group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in p53 expression of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in the expression situation of Ki-67 and p53 in different ages,different tumor sizes,different TNM stages,different situation of lymphatic metastasis were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression situation of Ki-67 in different nosology types was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in the expression situation of p53 in different nosology types was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The strongly positive expression rate of Ki-67 in medullary carcinoma was higher than non-special type invasive carcinoma and other types of cancer,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ki-67 is highly expressed in TNBC and its expression is closely related with histological types.更多还原
