【摘要】 目的:探讨生理盐水在胎膜早破患者中行会阴冲洗效果。方法:选取本院2012年10月-2014年8月产三区住院部胎膜早破患者89例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,试验组45例,采用生理盐水行会阴冲洗,对照组44例,采用安尔碘溶液(含0.1%碘)行会阴冲洗,比较两组会阴冲洗效果的差异。结果:两组的感染发生率和会阴切口愈合良好率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组护理满意率明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用生理盐水在胎膜早破患者中行会阴冲洗的效果显著,有利于观察羊水的颜色,减轻患者冲洗时得疼痛程度,并提高会阴冲洗患者满意度,降低患者的住院费用,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of using normal saline to give perineal douche in patients with premature rupture of membranes. Method: 89 inpatient with premature rupture of membranes were selected from the third obstetrical areas during October 2012 to August 2014, they were divided into two groups by using the random number table method, experimental group contained 45 cases, who received normal saline to give perineal douche, control group accepted based iodine solution(containing 0.1% iodine) to give perineal douche, the difference of perineal douche effect were compared between the two groups. Result: The incidence of infection and rate of perineal incisions healed well between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of using normal saline to give perineal douche in patients with premature rupture of membranes is remarkable, it helps to observe the color of the amniotic fluid and reduce the hospitalization expenses of patients, improve pain degree and enhance perineum douche conformability, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
